Error running Windows Server Backup

Today, My friend run Windows Server Backup to back-up system state, but actually have problem, like
A fatal error occurred during a Windows Server Backup snap-in (Wbadmin.msc) operation.
Error details:
Server execution failed.
Close Wbadmin.msc and then restart it.
I try my self, try to close and start again, but still face the same problems. what happen it?????
I search all the word on error statement. I found this page (https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/565a1a5e-af2f-4280-a69f-6f7c5f38ebfd/fatal-error-server-execution-failed?forum=windowsbackup). There is a solution
I have run “icacls "C:\System Volume Information"” command and result was: C:\System Volume Information NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM: (OI)(CI)(F) It is looks like it is ok, but the service didn’t starts again. Anyway, I reapply the security setting manually. I give ownership to the Local System account and remove myself from the security list.
I give the bold type for the solution that suitable in my case. I can run again Windows Server Backup.
